Project Overview:

Main Objectives:
1. Develop KPIs:
- Create key performance indicators to support better-informed decision-making and strategic planning within the production process.
2. Process Mapping:
- Analyze and map current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend process enhancements based on findings to optimize operational flow.
Proposed Problem:
The current production processes lack sufficient metrics to measure performance and continuous improvement ideas. This internship aims to address the gap by developing KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
