International Sales Manager


Achieve a set of objectives that comprise targets for sales volume, P&L management, project management, new clients, new products, in the segments and geographical area under responsibility.


Main Responsibilities

  1. Plan, prepare and carry out the schedule of visits to all customers ensuring the reporting to the Commercial Director, ensuring compliance with agreed annual sales plan and managing margins while also prospecting future business in their geographical area.
  2. Answer to customer requests/orders, regarding product specifications, prices, availability, coordinating with the Global Product Manager, in order to ensure a prompt and swift response to customer needs. Coordinate projects for the development of tailor made value propositions for specific client needs, when the business case is relevant and aligned with the company strategy.
  3. Contribute to solve technical and commercial issues raised by customers, in partnership with the customer service, innovation, production planning and finance dept. to ensure customer satisfaction, by providing an integrated service.
  4. Report to the Commercial Director, relevant information regarding the customers / segments allocated, in particular the needs detected in the market during commercial visits, for orienting the global segment strategy, and to ensure the suitability of ACC applications and products to market needs.



Bachelor or Master in Mechanical | Materials | Chemical | Civil engineering (preferential) | Management |



4/5 years of experience in technical sales

Experience on industrial environment

Experience on international sales



Advanced knowledge of English (mandatory)

P&L Knowledge



Good sales skills (prospecting; opening; negotiation, follow up)

Results orientation

Analytical capacity

Good time management and work organization

Good communication and relation skills
