Achieve sales targets in the segments and geographical area under responsibility, in accordance with both the sales plan and the operational plan for the geographical area, in order to ensure the fulfilment of the segment's business objectives.
1.Plan, prepare and carry out the schedule of visits to all customers ensuring the reporting to the Commercial Director, through the preparation of the respective visit reports, ensuring compliance with agreed annual sales plan and managing margins according to the established limits by the Commercial Director, while also prospecting future business in their geographical area.
2.Answer to customer requests/orders, regarding product specifications, prices, availability and shipment of samples, coordinating with the Global Product Manager, in order to ensure a prompt and swift response to customer needs.
3.Contribute to solve technical and commercial issues raised by customers, in partnership with the customer service, production planning and finance dept. to ensure customer satisfaction, by providing an integrated service.
4.Report to the Commercial Director, relevant information regarding the customers / segments allocated, in particular the needs detected in the market during commercial visits, for orienting the global segment strategy, and to ensure the suitability of ACC applications and products to market needs.
5.Identify and develop joint solutions, together with the customer's or partner's technical team, including through meetings with ACC technical teams. Especially important to collect and distribute full application, technical and commercial issues regarded with the project. Where necessary with the support of the Global Product Manager/Global Technical Manager, with the intention of translating customer needs into technical specifications, with the goal of developing solutions tailored to segment customer needs.
