The future, today.

Contribute to a more balanced and sustainable world

Our main raw material, cork, is one of the planet’s most sustainable natural resources when it comes to the environment, economy and society.

Cork oak forests are natural retainers of CO2, the main cause of global warming, regulating the water cycle, protecting against erosion and fires, and nourishing biodiversity. In addition, cork is an important social and economic development factor for Western Mediterranean countries, enabling thousands of people to continue living and working in arid and semi-arid zones.

Cork: a choice with a positive impact

Respect for nature

100% natural, reusable and recyclable, cork is one of nature’s most extraordinary products. When harvesting cork bark, no trees are cut down, and the process is even beneficial, since a stripped cork oak absorbs on average five times more carbon dioxide during the natural process of regeneration than a regular cork oak.

Responsible consumption

The idea of a cycle at the heart of the circular economy is also clearly present in the solutions we offer: we want to continuously create better products, and with them improve the world around us. In the present, for the future.

  • Quality products

Cork is waterproof, elastic, compressible, hypoallergenic and extremely tough. Combined with the most advanced production technologies, these characteristics result in tough and highly durable products that you’ll want to keep for a long time.

  • Circular economy: join this cycle

As well as using cork not utilized in the wine cork industry, we also use by-products from other sources, such as the footwear, automotive, and packaging industries. Thus we contribute to the creation of a true circular economy, in which nothing is lost and everything is transformed into new products and solutions.

During the natural regeneration process that occurs after harvesting, cork oaks increase their ability to retain CO2.

It’s as if every time bark is harvested, the cork oak redoubles its efforts to protect the environment.
