Main Objectives
Project Overview:
As an intern, you will work closely with the local HR to develop a comprehensive recruitment tool designed to elevate ACC’s employer branding, streamline recruitment processes, and build a robust pipeline of talent. This project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that will enhance ACC’s visibility and reputation among senior and young talent while optimizing our recruitment practices.
Key Objectives:
1. Strengthen Employer Branding:
- Develop and execute a targeted employer branding strategy to enhance ACC's reputation among young professionals, students, and potential candidates.
- Design an Employer Branding Plan, including a timeline for the “Cork Potential” initiative to showcase ACC as a desirable workplace.
2. Optimize Recruitment Processes:
- Assess and refine ACC’s current recruitment processes for both young talent and senior positions.
- Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, improve the candidate experience, and increase the overall effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
3. Build and Maintain a Strong Talent Candidate Pipeline:
- Implement strategies to create and sustain a pipeline of young talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Explore new partnerships with temp agencies and recruitment agencies to broaden ACC’s talent pool.
- Create a centralized space for storing recruitment-related data (e.g., job descriptions, PPAs) and submitting requests to streamline hiring processes.
