Main Objectives

Project Overview:

As an intern, you will work closely with the local HR to develop a comprehensive recruitment tool designed to elevate ACC’s employer branding, streamline recruitment processes, and build a robust pipeline of talent. This project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that will enhance ACC’s visibility and reputation among senior and young talent while optimizing our recruitment practices.

Key Objectives:

1. Strengthen Employer Branding:

- Develop and execute a targeted employer branding strategy to enhance ACC's reputation among young professionals, students, and potential candidates.

- Design an Employer Branding Plan, including a timeline for the “Cork Potential” initiative to showcase ACC as a desirable workplace.

2. Optimize Recruitment Processes:

- Assess and refine ACC’s current recruitment processes for both young talent and senior positions.

- Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, improve the candidate experience, and increase the overall effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

3. Build and Maintain a Strong Talent Candidate Pipeline:

- Implement strategies to create and sustain a pipeline of young talent for current and future hiring needs.

- Explore new partnerships with temp agencies and recruitment agencies to broaden ACC’s talent pool.

- Create a centralized space for storing recruitment-related data (e.g., job descriptions, PPAs) and submitting requests to streamline hiring processes.

Expected Outcomes:

- A well-structured recruitment tool designed to elevate ACC’s employer brand and improve the recruitment process.

- A detailed Employer Branding Plan with initiatives tailored to attract young talent, boosting ACC’s visibility in the job market.

- A streamlined recruitment process with an efficient system for tracking job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment requests.

- A sustainable talent pipeline framework to meet ACC’s current and future hiring needs.

 

Proposed Challenge:
Our organization seeks to enhance its recruitment processes, boost employer branding visibility, and implement a centralized platform to effectively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, with a special focus on attracting young talent.

Final Report Deliverable:
Prepare a comprehensive report outlining the project’s outcomes, key insights, and strategic recommendations. The report should provide actionable steps based on the project results to ensure long-term improvements in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Profile

- Academic background: Human Resources; Communications Studies; Psychology; Marketing; or related fields;

- knwoledge of power bi (plus);

- knowledge of sharepoint (plus);

- knowledge of microsoft office (plus);

- Resilient and pro-active;

- Organization, analytical ability, flexibility;

- Great team spirit.
